Cage Wrestling in Shreveport
Takedowns, takedown defense, and getting back to your feet against the fence: the skill that decides where a fight happens.
Whoever controls where the fight takes place usually wins it. Cage wrestling teaches the takedowns, sprawls, clinch work and wall-walking that let you decide whether a fight stays standing or goes to the ground.
Cage Wrestling runs on Wednesday nights and leads straight into live grappling, so the techniques get tested the same evening.

Who teaches it
Every class runs under Coach Brent Mason, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 3rd-degree black belt under Master Israel Gomes and a former professional MMA welterweight. Read his background.
